Open Positions
We're actively hiring for the following roles.
VoIP Support Technician
Provide technical support to Big Sky Telecom business customers. Troubleshoot VoIP systems, assist with onboarding, and help configure phone systems for new and existing clients. Experience with SIP, VoIP platforms, or general IT support preferred.
Business Development Representative
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Big Sky Telecom across Western Montana. Build relationships with local business owners, conduct needs assessments, and close new accounts. Experience in B2B sales or telecom preferred but not required.
VoIP Systems Engineer
Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP infrastructure for Big Sky Telecom customers. Work with Asterisk, FreePBX, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of SIP trunking, PBX configuration, and network fundamentals required.
